| Construction |
The main mouldings which
encase the miniature transmitter and receiver capsules are of nylon
material, combining light weight with strength and resilience.
The horn, which is also of nylon, is connected by means of a ball
and socket joint to the elbow leading to the transmitter housing to
which it is attached by a spring-loaded connection. This acts as a
shock absorber and reduces the risk of accidental breakage.
The headband is formed of plastic-covered wire and fitted with adjustable
flexible pads, resulting in a high degree of stability and comfort
in wearing. |
| Identification |
In order to identify each
individual operator's headset a label may be fitted to the transmitter
